Hall of Fame
Eastern's Cross Country coach for 25 years, and the Mountaineers' track and field coach for 17 years. He coaches four All-Americans in Cross Country and six in Track, and coached two Academic All-Americans. His Cross Country team won the NAIA District 2 Championship in 1969, going on to placed 22nd at the National meet. In 1990, Feasel directed his team to 19th at Nationals. During his tenure at Eastern, every men's school record except one (high hurdles) was broken at least once. Feasel was NAIA District 2 Coach of the Year in 1969 and 1981, and was elected into the district coaches Hall of Fame in 1985. Feasel retired as a member of the college's Physical Education and Health faculty in 1991.Â
