EUGENE, Ore.- The Eastern Oregon Mountaineers (1-19) got back on the road and traveled to Bushnell University (12-9) to continue Cascade Collegiate Conference play. In game one, two EOU players picked their first home runs, but ultimately the Mounties dropped game one to the Beacons 4-2. Bushnell stayed hot at the plate and took game two, 10-0 over Eastern. EOU looks to bounce back tomorrow as they have another doubleheader against the Beacons at 11 am and 2 pm back at Hamlin Sports Complex in Eugene, Oregon.

GAME 1
The ball was carrying for both teams in game one. Out of the five hits for EOU, two of them were home runs, and for BU, two of their four hits were home runs. The Beacons were able to take game one 4-2 over the Mounties.
Justin Duso and
Mario Landeros each hit their first EOU home run today.
Youhyeon Choi also put up two doubles for the Mounties.
Bennett King had six strikeouts on the bump for EOU.Â

Game two also went to the Beacons 10-0. Two more home runs helped the Beacons take game two over the Mounties. Four different Mounties grabbed hits, but no runs were brought in.
