2024 • Senior: Played and started all 49 games for the Mounties... Had a batting average of .285... Tallied 45 hits and 28 runs on the season with 6 doubles and 2 triples... Hit 2 home runs on the season in the games versus St. Martins and British Columbia... Had 28 putouts and 72 assists on defense with a fielding percentage of .943 in his senior season.

2023 • Junior Played and started in all 36 games for the Mounties in the 2023 season... Had a batting average of .266... Tallied 22 runs and 34 hits on the season... Had 5 doubles, 2 triples, and one home run... On defense, had 41 putouts and 98 assists. 

In High School: Choi attended Chungam in South Korea where he played baseball. 

Before EOU: Choi previously attended Ohlone College where he was a Conference Champion with a 45-6 record in 2022. His team won Regionals, Super Regionals, and State Final Four in 2022. 

Off the Field: Choi is son of Munsik and Sunhee. He enjoys soccer and fishing.
