Justin Krabbenhoft and
Keaton Moore were named Cascade Collegiate Conference McDonald's Players of the Week, presented by Urban Edge Network.
Men's Indoor Track & Field - Field Athlete
Krabbenhoft, a senior from Metaline Falls, Washington, earned the honor following a dominant performance at the Lauren McCluskey Memorial Invite, where he captured the men's heptathlon title for the second consecutive indoor season. His winning score of 5,465 points currently leads the NAIA leaderboard by more than 250 points and ranks fourth all-time in NAIA indoor history.
Krabbenhoft recorded first-place finishes in the high jump (2.03m), pole vault (4.40m), and 60-meter hurdles (8.38), while placing second in the 60-meter dash (7.04).
Men's Indoor Track & Field - Track Athlete
Moore, a senior from Oregon City, Oregon, was recognized after breaking his own program record in the 60-meter dash, posting a time of 6.81 and inching closer to an NAIA qualifying standard. He also played a key role on the winning 4x400 relay team, which achieved a "B" standard with a time of 3:17.57.
Krabbenhoft, Moore, and the EOU track and field team return to competition this weekend at the Inland Northwest Invitational in Spokane, Washington, on Saturday, January 31.
