Moore Breaks Record Again as EOU Posts Big Day in Moscow

MOSCOW, Idaho –  More personal bests, broken records, and national standards highlighted Day Two of the Lauren McCluskey Memorial Invite for Eastern Oregon men's and women's track and field.

MEN'S HIGHLIGHTS
  • Freshman Keaton Moore delivered another record-breaking performance, surpassing his own EOU all-time mark set just weeks earlier. Moore won the 60-meter dash with a time of 6.81 seconds.
  • Peter Daniels placed fourth in the 400 meters, clocking 49.29, which ranks third all-time in EOU history.
  •  Rueben Manzer finished third in the 600 meters with a time of 1:21.82, good for eighth all-time at EOU.
  •  Evan Gunning placed sixth in the 600 meters, running 1:23.28 to rank 14th all-time.
  • The 4x400-meter relay team of Peter Daniels, Jayce Bartley, Keaton Moore, and Osman Osman captured the event title with a time of 3:17.57, ranking third all-time in program history and achieving an NAIA "B" standard.
  • In the mile, Thomas Ogden finished eighth with a time of 4:20.67, ranking 20th all-time at EOU.
WOMEN'S HIGHLIGHTS
  • In the 60-meter hurdles, Sydney Peck placed fifth with a time of 9.10, ranking third all-time at EOU.
  • Nora Roscoe earned a runner-up finish in the 400 meters, posting a time of 58.26, which ranks fifth all-time.
  •  Taylor Joyce finished fifth in the same event with a time of 59.00, ranking ninth all-time.
  • Riley Morris placed fourth in the 600 meters, running 1:39.41 to rank 12th all-time at EOU.
  • In the mile, Mattie Woodbury finished 14th in 5:25.24 (19th all-time), Sadie McCoy placed 17th in 5:27.91 (21st all-time), and Kaleah Hines finished 21st with a time of 5:29.09 (22nd all-time).
