The junior transfer from Bend, Oregon, made an immediate impact, appearing in six games during a busy stretch that included a midweek makeup doubleheader against Lewis-Clark State and a four-game series against Corban.
Nagler delivered a dominant performance at the plate, going 13-for-21 (.619) with four doubles and two home runs while driving in 11 RBIs. His two-run homer in Game 4 against Corban gave Eastern the lead, and later in the same game, his grand slam extended the Mounties' advantage to 13–8. He also reached base five times via walks and once by hit-by-pitch, finishing with an outstanding .679 on-base percentage and a 1.095 slugging percentage.
Defensively, Nagler anchored the infield at shortstop with 13 putouts and 19 assists while helping turn five double plays. His glove proved especially crucial in high-pressure moments, including a key double play in Game 3 to escape a bases-loaded jam and secure an 11–10 victory. In Game 4, he contributed to two more double plays in bases-loaded situations to preserve an early lead, and helped turn the final double play to clinch the series.
