NEW ORLEANS, La. – Eastern Oregon University's Men's and Women's Cross Country programs proved excellence beyond the course, as four men and five women were named to the 2025 NAIA Cross Country All-Academic lists, announced by the U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) Thursday morning.
To earn All-Academic distinction, student-athletes must maintain a cumulative grade point average of at least 3.25 on a 4.0 scale while qualifying for the NAIA National Championship meet.
The men's program saw four athletes earn individual All-Academic honors,
The Men's Cross Country team also earned All-Academic Team honors after posting a combined GPA of 3.24, exceeding the 3.0 minimum required for team distinction.
The women's program saw five athletes earn individual All-Academic honors,
In addition, the Women's Cross Country team secured All-Academic Team recognition posting a cumulative GPA of 3.29.
The All-Academic honors highlight Eastern Oregon University's continued commitment to developing well-rounded student-athletes who excel both academically and competitively on the national stage.
