KANSAS CITY, Mo. – The Eastern Oregon University men's cross country team will enter the 2026 season ranked No. 13 nationally in the 2026 NAIA Preseason Coaches' Poll, earning 353 points.

The Mountaineers are coming off a successful 2025 season that included a Cascade Collegiate Conference Championship, three All-Conference selections, and a seventh-place finish at the NAIA National Championships.

Eastern Oregon returns All-American Grady Greenwood along with several other key contributors from last season's squad as the Mountaineers look to build on their national success.

The Cascade Conference was well represented in the men's preseason poll. Southern Oregon was ranked No. 3, Corban No. 6, College of Idaho No. 7, and Trinity Western No. 10, while Oregon Tech received votes.

Eastern Oregon will open the 2026 season on Sept. 18 at the Northwest Nazarene Invitational.
