Mountaineers Head to San Antonio for NAIA Opening Round Matchup vs. Middle Georgia State

San Antonio, TX The Eastern Oregon University Softball team is headed to San Antonio, Texas, for the 2025 NAIA National Championships as the Mountaineers continue their postseason journey. This marks the Mounties' sixth national tournament appearance in program history.

The San Antonio Bracket features five highly competitive teams: host and defending national champion Our Lady of the Lake University (Texas), Eastern Oregon, Embry-Riddle (Ariz.), Middle Georgia State, and Central Baptist (Ark.). The stage is set for a thrilling showdown as programs from across the country compete for a spot in the NAIA World Series.


 EOU will face Middle Georgia State University in their first-round matchup on Monday, May 12, at 2 p.m. Central Time.


If Eastern Oregon wins their section of the bracket, they will advance to Columbus, Georgia, for the final site of the 2025 NAIA Softball National Championships, beginning May 22.
