LOUISVILLE, Ky. – Three members of the Eastern Oregon University softball team have earned recognition on the
2026 NFCA NAIA All-Region teams, announced Friday morning by the National Fastpitch Coaches Association.
Junior infielder
Lexi Grumbois headlined the Mountaineers' selections, earning First Team All-Region IV honors, while sophomore shortstop
Raygun Klippert and senior outfielder
Hope Burke were each named to the Second Team.
Eastern Oregon was among 63 schools represented across the NAIA All-Region selections, with 147 student-athletes recognized nationwide. The awards honor top performers from the NAIA's six regions and are selected through a vote of NFCA-member head coaches. Coaches nominate student-athletes within their respective regions before voting determines the final teams.
In addition to the voted selections, conference Players and Pitchers of the Year from member institutions are automatically added to the second team in their region if they were nominated by their head coach and received votes.
The Cascade Collegiate Conference was well represented across the regional honors. In Region IV, the conference featured one player from UBC and four from Oregon Tech. Region III also included strong CCC representation with four players from Southern Oregon and one from College of Idaho earning recognition.
With their All-Region honors, Grumbois, Klippert and Burke now advance to consideration for the 2026 NFCA NAIA All-America teams. The All-America selections will be announced June 4.
