LA GRANDE, Ore. – Six Eastern Oregon University soccer players have been recognized for their outstanding achievements on the field and in the classroom by being named to the 2024-25 Academic All-District Men's and Women's Soccer Teams, as announced by College Sports Communicators (CSC) on Tuesday.
Representing the EOU women's soccer program are Brooke Snyder, Sydney Peck, Gracie Hoover, and Kapri McMillan, while Greer Snellman and Abner Hernandez earned the honor on the men's side. These student-athletes earned recognition by meeting the eligibility criteria, which included participating in the majority of their team's athletic events and exceeding the required GPA threshold.
The Academic All-District teams celebrate the nation's top student-athletes who excel both academically and athletically. Honorees are selected by CSC members, with each recipient advancing for consideration to the prestigious Academic All-America ballot. Finalists for the Academic All-America teams will be announced on Dec. 10, 2024 (men) and Dec. 11, 2024 (women).
