Softball Series vs. Carroll Moved to Thursday & Friday

LA GRANDE, Ore. – The Eastern Oregon softball team's series against Cascade Collegiate Conference opponent Carroll College has been moved up a day to be played on Thursday and Friday, March 29 and 30.
 
The series was originally scheduled to be played on Friday and Saturday. Game time for both doubleheaders is scheduled for 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. at the Peggy Anderson Softball Field.
 
The Mountaineers are coming off their first home series in La Grande, sweeping rival College of Idaho to extend their winning streak to 10 games. The Blue and Gold enter the week with a 14-8 overall record, 9-2 in the CCC and in third place in the conference.
 
Carroll enters the week at 16-8 overall and 4-4 in the CCC.
 
Additionally, EOU's scheduled non-conference doubleheader with Walla Walla on April 10 has been cancelled.
