Kelsie Siegner Dominates Again, Clinches Fourth Consecutive Player of the Week Award

CORVALLIS, Ore. – In the first 2026 Cascade Collegiate Conference McDonald's Player of the Week release, presented by Urban Edge Network, Eastern Oregon University's Kelsie Siegner has been named Player of the Week for the fourth consecutive time.

The senior guard from Crane, Oregon, continues to deliver standout performances on both ends of the court, with a special focus on her lockdown defense. Siegner's ability to consistently contribute on both sides of the ball has been crucial to Eastern Oregon's undefeated start to the season. The Mountaineers remain perfect with a 14-0 overall record and a 6-0 mark in conference play.

In her most recent two games, Siegner showcased her all-around skill set. She grabbed 11 rebounds, including 7 on the defensive end, while also recording 5 steals and 2 blocks in the victory over the College of Idaho. On the offensive side, she scored 18 points, securing her fifth double-double of the season. She followed up that performance with another impressive defensive showing in the win over Warner Pacific, where she pulled down 12 defensive rebounds (13 total), recorded 1 block, and added a steal.

Siegner's exceptional play has earned her the Cascade Collegiate Conference Player of the Week honor for the fourth consecutive week, with three of those honors stemming from her defensive efforts. This marks her seventh career Player of the Week recognition.
