Siegner Grabs Back-to-Back Player of the Week Honors

CORVALLIS, Ore. – Eastern Oregon Women's Basketball's Kelsie Siegner has been named the Cascade Collegiate Conference McDonald's Player of the Week, presented by Urban Edge Network, earning the honor for the second straight week — this time for her exceptional impact on the defensive end.

The senior guard from Crane, Oregon, delivered back-to-back defensive performances to open conference play. Siegner's intensity and consistency anchored the RV Mounties in their 63–52 upset over No. 10 Lewis-Clark State College on Friday afternoon and fueled a dominant 89–53 victory against Walla Walla University on Saturday night.

Across the two-game stretch, Siegner totaled 10 rebounds, three steals, and three blocks, helping limit opponents to just 52.5 points per game on 33.5 percent shooting. She also contributed offensively with 33 points in 53 minutes, rounding out another outstanding all-around performance.

This marks Siegner's fifth career weekly conference recognition.
