KANSAS CITY, Mo. – Eastern Oregon University Women's Basketball is officially back on the national radar, earning votes in the second NAIA Coaches' Top 25 Poll released Wednesday morning.

The Mounties' early success has been fueled by standout individual performances across the roster.Kelsie Siegner has been a dominant presence on both ends of the floor, leading the team with 65 points, 44 rebounds, 9 blocks, and 9 steals, all while going a perfect 15-for-15 at the free-throw line. Brinley Hagemeier has emerged as a key playmaker, contributing 40 points and a team-high 18 assists, along with 19 rebounds and 7 steals, and shooting 10-for-12 from the line. Maggie Smith has provided a well-rounded impact, totaling 43 points, 20 rebounds, 17 assists, 6 steals, and 3 blocks through the first six games. Meanwhile, Kaiea Waiwaiole has offered efficient scoring and reliability, adding 52 points and shooting a team-best 67.6% from the field while also collecting 24 rebounds, 11 assists, and 5 steals.

The Cascade Collegiate Conference is well represented in the latest national poll. Lewis-Clark State comes in at No. 10, followed by Oregon Tech at No. 21 and Corban at No. 22.
