LA GRANDE, Ore. — Eastern Oregon University's women's basketball team announced its 2024/25 season schedule on Thursday, which promises a competitive mix of NAIA, Division I, and Division III teams from across the Northwest.

The preseason will open with a home scrimmage against alumni on October 12 at Quinn Coliseum. Following this, the Mounties will take on a series of Division I exhibitions, including games against Eastern Washington University and Boise State University, with a match-up against Whitman College in between.

The team will then head to Caldwell, Idaho, for the Best Western Caldwell Inn and Suites Classic. There, they will face Rocky Mountain College on November 8 and Hope International University on November 9. The Mounties will continue their schedule at the Twin Rivers Physical Therapy Classic in Lewiston, Idaho, where they will compete against the University of Puget Sound on November 15 and Carroll College on November 16.

"We are excited about our preseason schedule and the challenges it presents," said Head Coach Anji Weissenfluh. "With several new players joining the team, this non-conference slate will be crucial in preparing us for the competitive Cascade Conference season ahead."
