LA GRANDE, Ore. – Eastern Oregon University volleyball standout student-athletes Madison Morgan, Alexis McMurtrey, Hailey Arritola, and Kiauna Mack have been named to the 2024 College Sports Communicators (CSC) Academic All-District team, recognizing their achievements both on the court and in the classroom.

The prestigious Academic All-District® Volleyball teams, selected by CSC, honor the nation's top student-athletes for their combined academic and athletic performances. This award highlights exceptional dedication in balancing rigorous academic studies with outstanding athletic contributions.

McMurtrey, Arritola, and Mack were also named as finalists for the CSC Academic All-America team. These three student-athletes will advance to the national ballot, where CSC members will vote to determine the final Academic All-America honorees. 

Voting for the Academic All-America® Volleyball teams begins on December 17 at Noon (ET) and will close on Tuesday, December 31 at 11:59 PM (ET). All CSC members are eligible to vote. First, second, and third-team Academic All-America selections will be announced on January 14, 2025.
