KANSAS CITY, Mo. – The most recent NAIA Women's Volleyball Coaches Top 25 Poll saw Eastern Oregon University slip one spot to No. 4. Despite the slight shift, EOU remains a top team within the NAIA and the Cascade Collegiate Conference, trailing only Northwestern (Iowa), Jamestown (N.D.), and Concordia (Neb.) in the national rankings.
The Mountaineers are joined by three other CCC teams in the Top 25: Southern Oregon at No. 5 and Corban at No. 9. College of Idaho re-entered the poll at No. 22 after a significant win over Southern Oregon last Saturday, while Bushnell received votes, narrowly missing a spot in the rankings.
This weekend could bring further shifts within the conference as the Mountaineers face a crucial matchup against No. 9 Corban on Friday, followed by a Saturday contest against RV Bushnell. Saturday's match will also serve as Senior Night, honoring six seniors who have been integral to the team's success in recent seasons.
