Mountaineers Complete Second Straight Sweep in Win Over Multnomah

LA GRANDE, Ore. - Eastern added another tally to their win streak Saturday evening in a three-set sweep of Multnomah University. The Mountaineers jumped out to an early lead and controlled the match winning, 25-13, 25-11, 25-17.

With the win Eastern pushes their win streak to 14 and remains undefeated in conference play sitting at 14-1. Multnomah University drops to 1-6 pm the season with the loss.

The Mounties posted another dominant performance at the net with 37 kills and nine blocks. Multnomah did go on a run to make it a one-point set in the final frame, but EOU pulled away to take the set and match.
