LA GRANDE, Ore. – No. 12 College of Idaho used two 15-point runs to defeat the Eastern Oregon men's basketball team 89-71 in Cascade Collegiate Conference action Wednesday night at Quinn Coliseum.

The Mountaineers (10-3, 2-3 CCC) got off to a quick lead 13-6 after a seven-point run in the game's first five minutes, but the Coyotes (10-4, 4-1 CCC) first of two 15-point streaks gave them the lead for the good as they cruised to the 18-point victory.

Roosevelt Adams led the Yotes' offensive attack with 24 points, which included five three-pointers. Nate Bruneel added 17 points and seven rebounds while Gibson Berryhill had 16 points. Aziz Leeks proved a tough test for the EOU inside with eight points, nine rebounds and four blocks.
