Top 25The Eastern Oregon University Women's Basketball Team jumped one spot, from No. 17 to No. 16, in the Final 2015 NAIA Division II Women's Basketball Coaches' Top 25 Poll, the national office announced last Wednesday.

Maya Ah You and
Kassy Larson named First Team All-CCC the Cascade Collegiate Conference announced last Tuesday. Along with earning First Team All-CCC honors, Ah You as named CCC Freshman of the Year. A guard from Middleton, Idaho, Ah You averaged 11.7 points a game and finished the season with the sixth best field goal percentage hitting almost 50 percent of her shots. She ranked first in the conference in 3-point percentage at 44 percent and finished 10th in 3-pointers made with 35. Larson, a senior forward from Kennewick, Wash., averaged 10.9 points per game for the Mountaineers this season. She collected 7.6 rebounds per game, which was the fourth best in the CCC this season. Larson shot the fourth beset from the field this season as she shot 52.5 percent.
Madeline Laan and
Jordan Klebaum were named Honorable Mention All-CCC. Laan started 31 of 32 games for the Mountaineers this season. She averaged 11.8 points per game and collected 5.8 rebounds per game. Klebaum, led the Mountaineers from behind the arc as she hit a team-high 60 3-pointers on the season. She averaged 9.7 points per game and dished out 62 assists on the season.
CCC of the YearAnji Weissenfluh was selected as the CCC Coach of the Year. Weissenfluh guided her team to a 16-2 conference record and EOU's third straight CCC regular season title which includes an automatic bid to the NAIA National tournament. EOU came close to a CCC title but fell short losing to Oregon Tech in the tournament championship game.
About Oklahoma WesleyanThe Eagles of Oklahoma Wesleyan come into the NAIA National Championship with an overall record of 26-6. Oklahoma Wesleyan is averaging 78.2 poitns per game, the 13th most points in the NAIA. They are led in scoring by Nichole Tate, who is averaging 14.1 points, 3.8 assists and 2.5 steals per game for the Eagles. The Eagles are allowing opponents to score 61.8 points per game this season. Oklahoma Wesleyan defense as only allowed opponents to score over 70 points in eight games this season.

EOU On WednesdaysThe Mountaineers only played one game on Wednesday this season. EOU came away with the victory as they defeated Walla Walla University, 110-36, on Nov. 14, 2014.
EOU Shooting Three'sThe Eagles of Oklahoma Wesleyan are holding opponents to 25 percent shooting from the three point line this season. EOU is shooting 33 percent from the 3-point line and have made a CCC best 208 3-pointers on the season.
Eagles From Long DistanceThe Eagles have made the third most 3-pointers this season in the NAIA. They have made 304 three's on the season. They are averaging the fourth most made 3-pointers per game (9.5) in the NAIA this season.
What's Up NextWith a win against Oklahoma Wesleyan, the Mountaineers will advance to the second round where they will face the winner of the Morningside and UC-Merced game that takes place at 5:30 p.m. PT on Wednesday.
