This Weekend
This Weekend the Eastern Oregon University women's basketball team heads to Portland, Ore. to face Warner Pacific, on Friday and Concordia on Saturday. Both games start at 5:30 p.m. PT.
 
Coaches' Top 25
The Mountaineers climbed back into the NAIA Division II Women's Basketball Coaches' Top 25 Poll this week as they came in at No. 25. This is the first time in two weeks that EOU has been ranked.
 
CCC Player of the Week
On Monday, redshirt-freshman, Maya Ah You was named CCC Red Lion Women's Basketball Player of the Week. The Middleton, Idaho native, led the Mountaineers with a career-high 31 points off the bench in route to a 77-65, victory over No. 12 Southern Oregon. On Saturday, Ah You was 5-of-8 from behind the arc. Ah You averaged 21 points, 5 rebounds and 3.5 assists per game this weekend.
 
Ten or More 3-Pointers
The Mountaineers are 3-0 when they hit 10 or more 3-pointers in games this season. On Jan. 23 against Oregon Tech, EOU hit a season-best 13 3-pointers. This was the first time since Nov. 19, 2014 against Walla Walla that Eastern Oregon has made over 10 3-pointers in a game.
 
Last Time Against
Warner Pacific

The Mountaineers and Knights squared off once this season as EOU defeated Warner Pacific, 67-55, at Quinn Coliseum on Jan. 3. Eastern Oregon had three players score in double-figures as Madeline Laan and Maya Ah You scored a game-high 14 points, apiece. Jordan Klebaum added 12 points.
Concordia
On Jan. 2, EOU held the visiting Cavaliers, of Concordia (Ore.), to 29 percent shooting as EOU cruised to a 72-46 victory on Friday evening at Quinn Coliseum. Coming off the bench, Maya Ah You led the Mountaineers with 16 points on 6-of-10 shooting, including 2-for-3 from behind the arc. Madeline Laan followed with 14 points on 7-for-12 shooting from the floor. Kassy Larson and Nikki Osborne rounded out the double-digit scorers for EOU as they scored 11 points, apiece. 
 
Steals
The last time the Mountaineers took on Warner Pacific, EOU recorded 17 steals in the contest. This is the second most in a game this season.
 
Outrebounding Opponents
Eastern Oregon is outrebounding opponents by 12.95 rebounds per game. This is the best rebounding margin in the NAIA this season. In 22 games this season, EOU has only been outrebounded in only four games this season.
 
Road Games
During the 2014-15 basketball season, EOU is 7-3 on the road this season.
 
Home Games Left
The Eastern Oregon hoops season is coming to an end. EOU only has three more home games left this season, Feb. 6 vs. College of Idaho and Feb. 13 against Corban and Feb. 14 against Northwest Christian. Come on out and support the Mountaineers.

EOU returns home on Friday, Feb. 6 when they host College of Idaho at Quinn Coliseum. Tipoff is scheduled for 5:30 p.m. PT. Feb. 6 will be a White Out at Quinn, WEAR WHITE and get Loud!
