Box Score La Grande, Ore. -- The Eastern Oregon University volleyball team won it's third straight match Friday, 3-1, at Quinn Coliseum against Northwest University,14-24, 14-25, 25-22, 25-20.
For the second time this year the Mountaineers (15-6, 8-4 CCC) beat the Eagles (12-8, 6-5 CCC) after dropping the first set.

Casey Loper recorded a team-high 13 kills. Irene Waters added 8 kills,
Stefani Sorensen,
Katie Keeney, and
Taylor Stewart all chipped in with 7.
Karly Stack had 23 assists and 11 digs on the night, while
Kaitlyn Duncan added a team high 23 digs.
“Northwest was a tough team to beat, I am proud of how the girls came back after losing the first game to win the next three” said Head Coach Kaki Morehead. “They showed heart and tenacity tonight.”
Breanna Covey led Northwest with 16 kills, while Arika Zwack added 10 kills. Megan Dees finished with 23 assists and 12 digs.
