ABOUT THE LADY OWLS
Oregon Tech enters the game with an 18-3 overall record and is tied with Eastern Oregon and Corban atop the Cascade Conference standings with a 7-2 CCC record. The Lady Owls came into the season picked seventh in the conference preseason poll. OIT is second in NAIA Div. 2 in total rebound margin, fourth in field goal percentage defense and scoring defense, and fifth in defensive rebounds per game. Tech is one spot out of the Top 25 for the second straight week. Oregon Tech is two wins shy of its first 20-win season in four years. The Owls are 9-0 at home this season, while EOU is 8-2 on the road, the best marks of their kind in the Cascade Conference. Aundrea Albright is ninth in the nation in field goal percentage at .559.
ABOUT THE RAIDERS
Southern Oregon has 12-8 overall record and a 3-6 conference record entering the weekend. The Raiders 46.7 rebounds per game is second in NAIA Div. 2. SOU is third in offensive rebounds per game with an 18 a contest. Haley Newell averages 11.75 points per game to lead Southern. Josi McDermott is adding 10 points a contest. Nalani Hernandez leads SOU in rebounding with 7.2 a game. RaTayna Newsome is throwing 3.6 assists per game. The Raiders have won six of their 10 games at home this season.
