PORTLAND, Ore. -- The Eastern Oregon University women's and men's basketball teams had seven players named to the All-Academic teams in the Cascade Collegiate Conference Monday.
A total of 70 Cascade Conference student-athletes in the winter sports of men's and women's basketball have earned Academic All-CCC honors for their performances on the court and in the classroom, the conference office announced.
To earn recognition as a CCC scholar-athlete, a student must have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.2 and sophomore standing.
