2024 - Sophomore: Played in 11 matches for the Mounties... had 1 kill on the season...had 23 assists averaging 1.77 per set... was named Daktronic Scholar Athlete.

2023 - Freshman: Played in 7 matches for the Mounties as a freshman... Tallied 19 assists on the season... Had a season high of 8 assists versus Walla Walla in the 2023 season. 

In High School:  A standout volleyball player at Tualatin High School... recognized as First Team All-League, Second Team All-League, and All-League Honorable Mention throughout her high school career...

Personal: Daughter of Jeff and Tiffany Fast, sister to Josie... Sophie enjoys playing shopping and working out in her free time...
