Katie Keeney enters her first season as the graduate assistant coach for the Mountaineers Volleyball Team.
Keeney joins the coaching staff after a successful four year playing career at EOU. In her four years at Eastern Oregon, Keeney appeared in 96 matches for EOU and played in 270 sets. She recorded 274 kills, 39 assists, 39 aces, 300 digs and 86 blocks in her career at EOU.
Prior to coming to EOU, Keeney was a two year team captain at Cole Valley Christian High School. During her senior year she earned First Team All-Conference honors and Second Team All-Conference honors as a junior.
Keeney received her Bachelors of Science in Psychology. She is currently working on her Master's in Business Administration.Â
