Josh Goodman enters his second season as Head Coach of the Eastern Oregon Women's Soccer team in 2024. Goodman took over as the head women's soccer coach in the spring of 2023 after serving as an assistant coach for three seasons.

2023- In their first season under Coach Goodman, the Mountaineers finished with an overall record of 10-4-4, placing fourth in conference play with a record of 7-3-2. The mark would qualify EOU for the CCC Tournament, where Goodman won his first playoff game in a penalty kick shootout against Oregon Tech. Goodman guided three different athletes to All-Conference recognitions, as well as Darby McDevitt receiving the 2023-24 CCC Champion of Character of the Year honor.

2019-2022 (Eastern Oregon University - Assistant)
Goodman will take charge of program that has built a strong foundation over his time as an assistant. Since 2019 EOU Women’s Soccer has went a combined 48-10-8 overall winning a CCC Tournament Championship in 2019. In his four years as an assistant the women’s soccer program made it to the national tournament twice as well.

COLLEGE
Prior to joining the coaching staff at EOU, Goodman had a successful collegiate career. He played two seasons at Victor Valley College where he was a two-time all-conference player and conference player of the year. He then joined the Mounties in 2017 where he earned a second-team all-conference nod and helped the team qualify for the conference tournament for the first time in program history.
