TRINIDAD STATE: Initially recruited to play basketball and started as a freshman for the Trojan women’s basketball team… Switched to soccer her sophomore campaign… Earned honorable-mention all-conference honors as a defender… Graduated with an associate’s degree and a 3.7 grade-point average…

HIGH SCHOOL: Graduated from Rio Rancho High school in 2014… Earned first-team all-league honors in both 2014 and 2015… Three-time offensive MVP…

PERSONAL: Born in Rio Rancho, N.M., to Dan Nicol… Has two siblings (Alyson, Andrew)… Hobbies include eating, sleeping, and playing soccer…

WHY I CHOSE EOU: “I chose EOU because I enjoyed how competitive and intense the EOU women’s soccer team was. At that point, I knew it was the right place for me to continue my education and play soccer at the same time! Plus the campus is beautiful.”
