2022 • Senior: Played in 15 games for the Mounties and was a starter in 7 of those matches... Quick was a key piece in the Mounties defense contributing to the team's success in the 2022 season. 

2021 • Junior: Appeared in 15 games for the Mounties last season and was named a starter in eleven… A huge part of the Mounties defense last season, Quick was a starter in 6 shutout matches… Quick tallied one shot last season against Northwest.

2020 • Sophomore: Started all 13 games at defender and played 90-plus minutes in nearly every contest ... Named an NAIA Honorable Mention All-American after earning First Team All-CCC ... Anchored a defense that ranked 33rd in the NAIA in total shutouts with eight and 15th in shutouts per game at .620.

2019 • Freshman: Started in all 23 games at defender for the Mountaineers as a true freshman ... Earned Honorable Mention All-CCC honors in her first season ... Helped anchor a defense that ranked fourth in the NAIA in total shutouts with 14 and seventh in shutouts per game at .610 ... Took two shots overall with both coming on goal ... Made her first career start on Aug. 23 against Hastings College (Neb.).

In High School: Was a four-year varsity letterwinner at Rocky Mountain High School under Donal Kaehler ... Earned Second Team All-Conference honors in her senior season and was named a team captain ... Helped lead her team to a State Championship in her senior season ... Garnered Academic All-Conference honors all four years of her prep career ... Played club soccer for Boise Thorns ECNL ... Helped her club team win a State Title three straight years (2017-2019). 

Personal: Daughter of Jeff and Angel Quick ... Majoring in Elementary Education.
