EOU Awards & Honors:

• CCC All Conference Honorable Mention (2024)

2024 - Freshman: Played in 17 games for the Mounties starting 15 of those, had 3 shots on the season, was a huge leader in their back line and helped guide them to a CCC Tournament Championship, their farthest NAIA National Tournament run, and their most successful season as a program, was also named All Conference honorable mention for his play in the back line.

In High School: Attended East Valley High School where he was a four time varsity Letterman... a four time team all-league player... was a four time defensive MVP for his team... 2 time CWAC Defensive player of the year... 2 time WIAA Athlete of the week... helped his team to three back-to-back league and district Championships, and final four at State. 

Personal:  Son of Andrew Russell and Mikal Heintz... Studying History and Secondary Education... was the Valedictorian for his high school... Sports hero is Paolo Maldini... Favorite foods are tacos and sushi... Enjoys listening to RnB and Jazz.
