2024 - Senior: Played in 36 matches for the Mounties... tallied 164 assist... totaled 536 digs on season becoming the All-time digs leader...earning 4.36 digs per set... was named CCC Libero of the year... First team all CCC... was named Daktronic scholar athlete... was named NAIA national defender of the week...CCC defender of the week... was a key part of the Mountaineers 2024 season.

2023 - Junior: Played in 35 of the 26 matches for the Mounties... Tallied 145 assists on the season... Totaled an impressive 528 digs for the Mounties, averaging 4.33 digs per set... Had a season high of 30 digs versus Columbia (MO) in the NAIA national tournament... Was a key part of the team becoming NAIA national semifinalists in the 2023 season. 

2022 - Sophomore:  Appeared in all 36 matches last season and totaled 128 sets played…Racked up 695 digs along with 148 assists... Accounted for over 20 digs in 11 games in the 2022 season

2021 - Freshman: All-CCC Honorable Mention honors… Appeared in all 35 matches last season and totaled 127 sets played… Racked up an impressive 602 digs with a career and season high of 33 coming against Evergreen on Oct. 1… Posted a career high 11 assists and 5 aces in the same game on Oct. 1 vs. Evergreen… Racked up over 20 digs in 11 games last season for the Mounties.

In High School: Was a four-year varsity letterwinner at JFK High School under head coach Laura Beyer ... Named First Team All-Conference three times (2017-2019) and three time All-State selection all three years as well ... Garnered First Team All-State honors twice (2018-19) and was a Second Team All-State selection once 92017) ... Named the team Defensive Player of the Year in 2017 and was tabbed one of the top Libero's in Oregon in 2018 and 2019 ... Helped her squad win three straight Conference Championships from 2017-2019 and a State Championship in 2019 ... Also competed and lettered all four years of high school in both basketball and softball ... Was a three-time All-Conference selection in basketball and was a two-time All-Conference selection in softball ... Helped her basketball team win two State Championships (2017-18, 2019-20) and three straight Conference Championships (2017-20) ... Helped her softball team win a League Championship in 2018 and 2019 to go along with a State Title in 2018 and a State Runner-Up finish in 2019 ... Competed and lettered one season in track & field in 2018 ... Helped her team win a District Championship and was part of 4x100-meter relay team that placed fifth at State ... Played club volleyball for Silverton Bearcats Volleyball Club and the North Pacific Juniors Volleyball Club ... Was named the Valedictorian of her high school and was a member of National Honor Society.

Personal: Daughter of Lance and Jodi Arritola ... Her uncle, Ron Arritola, was a member of the then EOU Ski Team ... Her cousin Morgan Arritola competed in 2010 Winter Olympics in Cross Country Skiing ... Majoring in Health & Human Performance.
