LA GRANDE, Ore. — The Eastern Oregon Mountaineers shut out Warner Pacific, 3-0, in a strong Senior Day performance at Community Stadium on Saturday afternoon.
Senior Kapri McMillan started her day with two first-half goals, putting EOU in control early. McMillan's first goal came in the 13th minute, assisted by Gracie Hoover. She added another in the 22nd minute with an assist from Grace Schafer, giving Eastern Oregon a 2-0 lead heading into halftime.
EOU closed out the scoring in the 90th minute when Ava Weatherly found the back of the net for her first goal of the season, sealing the Mountaineers' victory.
Rylee Schei recorded four saves for EOU to secure the shutout, while Warner Pacific goalkeeper Kate Pomerinke posted five saves in the first half.

Eastern Oregon concludes the regular season with 25 points and an 8-3-1 record. They now prepare for the CCC Conference Tournament as they clinched a playoff spot for the ninth year in a row.
