CALDWELL, Idaho. - Eastern Oregon was back in action Friday as they traveled to Caldwell, Idaho to take on the Yotes of the College of Idaho. Eastern ultimately dropped the match to the Yotes by a score of 1-0. 

The first half was a well-fought battle between both teams, but it was the College of Idaho who managed to break through. In the 28th minute, Eden Makaafi found the back of the net with a well-timed strike, courtesy of an assist by Kyndra Lyons.  The Yotes managed to maintain their lead throughout the match, eventually securing the victory by a score of 1-0.

Eastern Oregon will be back in action Friday, Oct. 20 as they return home to take on the Beacons of Bushnell University. Match time is set for 3:30 p.m.
