LA GRANDE, Ore. – Eastern Oregon University Athletics have announced the following schedule changes for this weekend's opening baseball and softball games.
 
Mountie softball will now play at 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. on Saturday for EOU's opening day double header in Salem. Originally slated to take on the Willamette University Bearcats at 1 p.m. and 3 p.m., the games have been moved up in preparation for weather conditions.
 
Eastern Oregon's opening baseball series against Whitman has been moved to Pendleton on Saturday and Sunday. Both days will be played at Bob White Field due to weather concerns in La Grande for the weekend. Start times of 12 and 3 p.m. remain unchanged.
