LA GRANDE, Ore. – The NAIA has announced the participants and matchups for final site pool play set to take place in Sioux City, Iowa at the Tyson Event Center Wednesday, Nov. 30 through Friday, Dec. 2. As the No. 1 seed the Mountaineers have been placed in Pool A along with No. 20 Cornerstone, and St. Xavier (RV).
 
Eastern is scheduled to take on Saint Xavier first on Wednesday, Nov. 30 at 10 a.m. CST. The Mounties will get a day off on Thursday and play their final pool play game Friday Dec. 2 at 10 a.m. CST against Cornerstone.
 
To advance the Mountaineers will need to have the best record in their pool or win on a tie break scenario. From there the best team from each pool will advance to the quarterfinals beginning single elimination bracket play.
 
If Eastern advances to the NAIA Championship Quarterfinal they will play the winner of Pool H at 11 a.m. CST on Saturday Dec. 3.
