CORVALLIS, Ore. - The Cascade Collegiate Conference has announced its WVT Laboratory Player of the Week winners. Eastern Oregon Volleyball had one player earn the weekly honor in Cambree Scott.

Scott was named the Volleyball Defensive Player of the Week after guiding the front row of the Mountaineers defense in what was 2-0 weekend. She also helped out on offense as EOU picked up 3-1 victories over Oregon Tech and Southern Oregon, respectively.

On defense, Scott tallied 11 total blocks for the weekend, with seven coming against OIT. Of her seven against the Hustlin' Owls, three were on a solo effort. She also chipped in eight kills in the win. At Southern, Scott added another four blocks and paced the Mounties offense with 10 kills. 

Scot hit .197 for the weekend and averaged 1.38 blocks per set to go along with 2.25 kills per set. This is her second Player of the Week honor for the 2021 season.
