GREAT FALLS, Mont. – Thanks to another game-winner by sophomore defender
Chelsey Nicol, the EOU women's soccer team left Great Falls with another victory under its belt. With the 1-0 triumph, the Mountaineers also moved their school-record shutout streak to five in a row.
The early tally came off a set piece from just outside the 18-yard box, as Nicol posted her third goal of the 2016 season.
Offensively, EOU (6-2-2, 3-0-1 CCC) controlled most of the match, outshooting Great Falls, 18-4, including an 8-2 mark on goal. Once again, the Mountaineers put pressure on their opponent, forcing the Argos to make seven saves.

Jessica Parker only needed two saves, as EOU managed to maintain Great Falls (0-6, 0-3 CCC) for most of the evening.

Charli Torres recorded four shots for the Mountaineers, while sophomore forward
Zoe Anderson added three shots.
