click here Conference OpenerThe Eastern Oregon University Mountaineers return to action on Friday, Sept. 26th when they open up Cascade Collegiate Conference action at College of Idaho. Last season, in the CCC opener the Mountaineers were defeated 3-0 to then No. 4 Concordia (Ore.).
Last Time OutThe last time the Mountaineers took to the field, EOU defeated Trinity Lutheran (Wash.), 3-0.

Maddi Cillay and Dankia Pink scored for the Mountaineers. EOU outshot the Hawks, 28-9, for the game.
Scouting the YotesThe College of Idaho Yotes comes into the contest against EOU with an overall record of 3-3-1 on the season. The Yotes are currently on a two game losing streak after falling to Soka (2-1 ot) and to Marymount (2-1). Katelyn Benavidez leads the Yotes in points (7) and goals (3) on the season. College of Idaho is using a goalkeeper by committee approach is season. During their last trip to California, senior Aimee Pierson and freshman Brittany Houghton saw significant amount of playing time. Friday's matchup will be the first game for College of Idaho since, Sept. 14.
Last Time Verse the YotesThe last time the Mountaineers faced the Yotes was Nov. 2nd, 2013 when EOU came away with a 2-0 victory over the Yotes. Playing in frigid conditions with 30 mile-per-hour winds, Eastern Oregon scored a pair of second half goals to break a scoreless tie. With the shutout victory of EOU, the Mountaineers have recorded seventh shutout of the season, setting a new program record. The previous high for shutouts in one season was six, which happened back in 2006.
Scoring GoalsOn the season, EOU have scored six goals. Each goal scored for EOU this season has been scored by six different players. Currently, six players are tied for the team lead in goals with one.
