CCC Tournament
In the quarterfinals of the CCC Tournament presented by U.S. Bank, the Mountaineers and Raiders won to advance to the semifinals on Friday night. EOU will host Southern Oregon at Quinn Coliseum. Ticket prices are listed above and there are no Comp. tickets or passes to be used.

No. 22
EOU held steady at No. 22 in the tenth edition of the NAIA Division II Women's Basketball Coaches' Top 25 Poll, the national office announced Tuesday. Eastern Oregon has been ranked in the top 25 for nine straight weeks.

No. 300
In the CCC Quarterfinal win last night, head coach Anji Weissenfluh won her 300th game as the EOU Women's Basketball head coach. Weissenfluh holds the most career wins with 300 at EOU.

Quarterfinals Matchup
In the Mountaineers quarterfinals, EOU defeated Northwest Christian, 80-70. The Mountaineers used a strong second half to pull away from the Beacons as the game was tied at 37-37 at halftime. Eastern Oregon took control of the game in the second half of the contest. With the game tied at, 38-38, Osborne hit a three pointer to give the Mountaineer a three point lead, 41-38. Redd extended the EOU lead when she hit a three pointer. The Beacons continued to battle and after a pair of free throws by Chandler Gabrio, Northwest Christian tied the game at 46-46. Eastern Oregon continued to take a two point lead but the Beacons continued to tie the game and with 11:56, the game was tied at 52-52. The Mountaineers went on a 12-2 run, that was capped by a pair of free throws by Newcomb. After the run EOU found itself up by 66-54. After the Mountaineers took the double-figure lead, EOU never looked back and grew the lead to 16 points, 75-59, after a Redd jumper.

Scouting the Raiders
Southern Oregon enters the CCC semifinals after defeating Evergreen, 80-70, on Tuesday night. The win over Evergreen gave Southern Oregon its third straight win. On Tuesday night, Autumn Durand scored a career high 30 points in the 80-70 victory. On the season SOU is averaging 85.3 points per game, the most in the CCC. The Raiders are shooting 45.1 percent from the floor during the 2013-14 season. The Raiders have five players averaging double-digits on the season, led by Kristen Schoenherr's 14.9 points per game. Southern Oregon is 10-4 on the road this season.

Previous Meetings
Southern Oregon and EOU have met twice this season, with EOU coming away with both victories. On Dec. 20th, EOU shot 67 percent from the floor in the first half to take a 21 point halftime lead. Brittney Newcomb scored a game high 30 points on 11-of-20 from the floor. For the game the Mountaineers shot 52 percent. Kristen Schoenherr scored 15 points to lead the Raiders. EOU came away with a 102-78 victory over the Raiders. On Jan. 25 Eastern Oregon came back from a nine point halftime deficit to defeat Southern Oregon, 89-80. The Mountaineers used a 20-0 run in the second half to take control of the game and never looked back on its way to its victory.
