Season Openers
Since the Eastern Oregon University women's soccer team was formed in 2001, the Mountaineers hold a record of 2-10 in its season opening matches. The last season opener came on 2008 when EOU defeated Northwest Nazarene, 3-1.

Home Openers
The Mountaineers have had better luck in home openers. Since 2001, EOU is 5-7 in home openers. The latest victory in a home opener came on Sept. 11, 2011 when the Mountaineers defeated Trinity Lutheran, 1-0. EOU has also won home openers in 2004-06 and 2009.

Last Time
Trinity Lutheran
The last time EOU matched up with Trinity Lutheran was on Sept. 11, 2011, Eastern Oregon's home opener, which EOU won 1-0.
Great Falls
EOU and Great Falls squared off twice in the 2012 season. Once at Great Falls to open the season for EOU and the other time coming in the Cascade/Frontier Red Lion Challenge. Eastern Oregon fell to Great Falls in both contests. On Aug. 25, EOU lost a heartbreaker to Great Falls 2-1 in overtime. Two weeks later, EOU dropped another tough match to Great Falls, 3-2.

Series
Trinity Lutheran
EOU and Trinity Lutheran have only met on the pitch twice, once in 2011 and the other coming in 2010. In 2010 the Mountaineers and the Hawks played to a 2-2 tie.
Great Falls
EOU and Great Falls have played five matches against each other with the first coming in 2007. Eastern Oregon holds a slight 3-2 game lead on the Argos. However, EOU has dropped the last two matches against them, both coming last season.
