Box Score Portland, Ore.- In the NAIA game of the week the No. 3 ranked Eastern Oregon men's basketball team lost to No. 13 Warner Pacific, 70-72.

Trent Roos led the Mountaineers (26-3,CCC 14-3) with 15 points and 3 assists.
Anthony Brown added 11 points and 6 rebounds.
Warner Pacific's Stephen Harris led all scorers with 25 points and 9 rebounds. Teammates Doug Harris contributed with 15 points and 2 rebounds, while Zac Compton added 11 points and 2 rebounds.
The Mountaineers came out strong in the first half and took a double digit lead into the halftime, 46-33, behind the hot shooting of
Trent Roos, as he drained 4-of-6 from downtown.
In the second half Warner Pac pulled within five in the first three minutes of play. The Knights continued to hang around as they went on a run to cut the lead to just one, 53-52, at the ten-minute mark. Eastern continued to hold on to their lead until 5:40 left in the game when Warner Pac tied it up at 60.
The Knights then went on a 6-0 run to take a 66-60 lead before the Mountaineers came back to tie it at 70 with a three-pointer by
Anthony Brown with 3 seconds remaining in the game. Warner Pac's Harris would go coast to coast and knock down a running floater to give the Knights a 72-70 at the buzzer.
Eastern finished shooting 23-of-43 (53%) from the field and 16-of-31 (52%) from behind the arc. Warner Pacific shot 23-of-43 (53%) from the field and 6-of-20 (30%) from downtown.
