Scouting the Yotes
The Yotes of College of Idaho come into the last regular season came of the season with a 3-12 overall record and a 1-7 CCC record and having lost its last seven straight contests. On the season, College of Idaho has scored 13 goals and collected eight assists. Four Yotes are tied for the team lead with two goals. In the last contest for College of Idaho, the Yotes lost, 2-0, to Northwest Christian. Their last win came on Oct. 3, when they defeated Warner Pacific 3-2.
Moss Earns Capital One Academic All-District

Kailey Moss was named to the Capital One Academic All-District team, as selected by the College Sports Information Directors of America (CoSIDA). Only four athletes from the Cascade Collegiate Conference we selected: Moss, Jacque Bundtrock (Northwest Christian), Linsey Johnson (Northwest Christian), and Sydney Paulsen (Southern Oregon University). Moss is an biochemistry major with a 3.97 GPA. The 2013 Capitol One Academic All-America program, selected by the College Sports Information Directors of America (CoSIDA), recognize the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performance on the field and in the classroom. The All-District teams are divided into four geographic districts across the United States and Canada.
EOU Makes CCC Tournament
For the second time in program history, EOU women's soccer will play in the CCC Tournament. The Mountaineers first and only appearance in the tournament prior to this season was in 2006. The Mountaineers game on Saturday will help determine what seed they will receive in the tournament that starts on Nov. 6. The pairings of the tournament will be released on the evening of Nov. 2.
Last Time Out
The last time, Eastern Oregon took to the pitch; the Mountaineers were defeated by the Warriors of Corban University, 2-1. The Warriors and Mountaineers were tied late and it looked as if the game was heading to overtime but the Corban scored with less than two minutes to go to take the game, 2-1.
