EASTERN OREGON NOTEWORTHY
• Eastern Oregon has never played any of the five Red Lion Challenge opponents under Kaki Morehead.
• The Mountaineers have won six straight sets after closing with a pair of sweeps at The College of Idaho Classic.
• EOU has not lost the first set yet this season.
• Eastern has appeared in nine straight NAIA polls, but have yet to leave the receiving votes category.
• EOU received 49 votes in the final week of the regular season in 2011, its highest amount of last season.
• The Mountaineers victory over No. 8 Lewis-Clark State was the first in the last 15 tries against a top 10-ranked team for the Mountaineers in the last 10 years.
• EOU has also now won only four of its 46 games versus a top 25-ranked opponent over the past 10 seasons.
• Eastern Oregon went 0-5 a year ago with top 10-ranked teams, forcing two of the matches to five sets.
• Eastern lost all six of its matches on a neutral floor last season. Playing at the HUB in Spokane this weekend will be a neutral court.
• EOU was also 0-5 when playing in five set matches in 2011.
• Eastern is in the top 25 in seven statistical categories, including 14th in digs per set and 15th in blocks per set.

Casey Loper is fourth in the country in blocks per set and 10th in hitting percentage.
• Morehead is 21 wins shy of her 100th career victory.
