PRIOR TO EOU
Shannon, a native of Conneaut Lake, Pennsylvania, has 16 years of coaching experience in lacrosse at the high school level. Throughout his high school coaching career, Shannon achieved numerous notable milestones, including guiding players to play lacrosse at all three NCAA levels. His teams secured three district championships and a region championship in 2022. Additionally, Shannon has coached four players to reach the 100-career goal milestone. His coaching prowess also resulted in numerous All-District selections, including the 2022 player of the year.

Shannon grew up in an area where lacrosse was not played and discovered his passion for the sport during his college years, where he played on the first men's team at Eastern College (Pennsylvania). He then transitioned to coaching the women's game, with his wife, Mariah, serving as an assistant coach for the last 10 years at that level.

PERSONAL

He enjoys spending time outdoors, engaging in activities like hiking, biking, and kayaking with his wife. As a proud father of three grown daughters, Shannon cherishes family time and values the importance of work-life balance.
