Assistant Coach | 1st season

Samantha Buckley joined the Eastern Oregon University Women’s Lacrosse staff in 2025 and currently serves as an Assistant Coach for the Mountaineers.

Before returning to La Grande, Buckley gained extensive coaching experience across both high school and club levels. From 2021 to 2024, she served as the Varsity Assistant Coach for a high school women’s lacrosse program, helping guide the team to five consecutive state playoff appearances. She also coached with the Bolts Club Lacrosse program from 2023 to 2024, leading multiple teams to tournament championship games, and previously coached with the TVYLL Club from 2019 to 2022.

As a student-athlete, Buckley competed for Eastern Oregon University from 2020 to 2023 as a member of the Mountaineer Women’s Lacrosse team.

A native of Nampa, Idaho, Buckley earned her Bachelor’s degree in Communications from Boise State University in 2024.
