Assistant Coach | 3rd Season
Walt Anderson brings over 10 years of competitive wrestling experience from the club, high school, and college ranks. He has coached wrestling for the last 20-plus years and brings a wealth of experience.
Anderson's coaching resume includes work with club programs that include Freestyle and Greco. He has also coached at Rex Putnam High School, Crook County High School, Oregon City High School, La Grande High School, and EOU Women's Wrestling.
Anderson attended Clackamas Community College and graduated in 1990. He attended Rex Putnam High School and is a graduate of 1981. He served as an Oregon State Police Office for 27 years before retiring in January 2018.
Anderson currently operates J&M Mtn Ridge Construction. He and his wife Linda and have four children, Jessica, Jordyn, Marti and Matt.
