Assistant Coach | 1st season

Mariah Shannon joined the Eastern Oregon University Women’s Lacrosse coaching staff in 2025 as an Assistant Coach.

Before coming to EOU, Shannon played a key role in growing the sport of lacrosse across Pennsylvania. She helped start three different teams throughout the state and was instrumental in building one of those programs into a district and regional championship team.

As a student-athlete, Shannon competed in women’s lacrosse at Eastern University in Radnor, Pennsylvania, where she played for one year before earning her Bachelor’s degree in Youth Ministry in 2000.

Originally from Greenville, Pennsylvania, Shannon is married to Scott Shannon.
