2023-Junior: Nichols ran a PR in the 6K race with a time of 24:08.7 at the Linfield Invitational on Oct. 14th... Had a PR in the 5K with a time of 19:41.3 at the 48th Charles Bowles Invitational on Sept. 30th... Also hit a PR in the 4K at the CCC Preview Meet with a time of 15:54.7 on Sept. 15th.Â
2022-Sophomore: Nichols had a PR in the 4K race with a time of 16:31 at the EOU Invitationals... Had a PR of 20:52 in the 5K race at the 47th Charles Bowles Invitational... Nichols had a PR in the 6K with a time of 25:39 in the 2022 season.Â
