2023-Junior: Mitchell had a PR in the 6K race with a time of 23:33.4 at the Linfield Invitational on Oct. 14th... Also ran a PR in the 5K race with a time of 19:11.9 at the 48th Charles Bowles Invitational... Earned CCC Runner of the Week at the end of October for her performance at the Sasquatch Open.
2022-Sophomore: Mitchell had a PR in the 4K race with a time of 15:17 at the EOU Invitational on Sept 16... Mitchell ran an impressive time of 19:21 in the 5K race in the 2022 season, going in the record books with a sub 20-minute 5K time... Mitchell also had a PR of 23:34 in the 6K race at the Lewis & Clark Invitational.
